Regulating Import & Export of Drugs in India

We often come across some drugs that our pharmacist say. they don't have them right now. Well this generally happens when the pharmacist is short of imported drugs. We can't access the need of those drugs unless their demand is felt in the market. Medical experts prefer consulting drugs that are credited by Indian Medical Council. As the drug test and liability of those drugs are under our reach. There is a dread need to regulate the import & export of drugs circulating in India.

Indian Medical Council facilitates various pharmaceutical companies to produce drugs those are demanded around the world. The Indian medical council also caters personal care products such as cosmetics and health supplements. Rihim Pharma like companies,  Drug Regulatory Consultant In India influence the trade of drugs at national level. They dominate accreditation of local manufactures. Pharmacist also stock drugs recommended by local doctors. Even the cosmetic products are influenced by Cosmetic Import guided by Indian Medical Council.

Apart from regulating import & export pharmaceutical companies are also aiming to get a single window support for their exports. The Indian International Foreign Trade acclaims to decentralise NOC For Import as well. The new rules are helping companies & Indian Medical Council to work together on import & export regulations.
